Everything we do, every step of the way, is done to ensure that your project is completed up to spec, on time, and on budget. We assign every project to one of our dedicated account managers, all of whom are well-versed in web design, programming, and best-of-breed project management protocol.

First we have you fill out our Request For Proposal and assign a dedicated account manager. Then we listen to everything you have to say about your vision, your business, and yourself. Whenever possible, we visit your place of business to get a better feel for it. Finally, we will propose what we feel is the best solution for you and your business. This, by the way, is all done completely free of charge, we actually enjoy it! No annoying sales pitches, no expectations to buy, just a good constructive exchange of facts and ideas.
	This is where you put us to work. First we conduct a comprehensive review of your project and needs. Then we define the scope, set the technical requirements, set the budget, and get back to you with a proposal. It will clearly outline plans for all applicable components: design, content, programming, online marketing, hosting, delivery, and more. Where applicable, we may also include definitions of your target audience, industry, products, services, company goals, and overall marketing plan.
	Once you’ve signed off on our client contract, we go ahead and start working on your project. First we break each component down and assign it to the apropriate specialists. Where applicable, imagery research and concept development are now also underway, after which we set up a project site that allows you to view our progress as it’s happening.
	This stage includes design, programming, content development and integration. At your convenience, you'll be able to watch from any computer connected to the web as your project comes to life. Spot something you don't like? Let us know and we’ll fix it as we go. When it's all said and done we give you two full revisions before moving on to the next stage.
	At this point, the project is already essentially complete. Nonetheless, we’re far from ready to stop working on it. We take our testing very seriously as it is the only way to ensure that the quality of our work meets the standards you deserve. Browser compatibility tests, accessibility tests, proof-reading and de-bugging are all stringently performed.
	Almost done! All that’s left for us to launch the project is your approval. At this point we ask you to go over the project as thoroughly as possible to catch anything we might have missed or any final revisions you’d like done before giving the final approval.
	Congratulations! You’re up and running. At this point you may also request a closing package which includes the entire project, complete with all related files, on a CD. If it's a site that you're having us host, we'll set you up with your control panel and email accounts. This is also where we'll conduct initial SEO activities including submission to all major search engines.
	If you’ve made the wise decision to have us handle your maintenance, in many ways, the launch is just the beginning of our relationship. Depending on the project, this may include all post launch search engine marketing activities, website and content updates, and performance evaluations. In addition, if we’re hosting your site, we will provide regular support and reviews of your web statistics.
